We call ourselves a boot camp, but we don’t yell at you.  This is the way Coach Phillips usually describes the class.

Motivation comes from your peers and your enter-self.  It’s positive re-enforcement, not negative. This makes our classes FUN.  Knowing the proper fundamentals is important in getting and staying fit; it should be FUN while you are learning.  Our program teaches the fundamental training techniques that will improve development in:

  • Running Form / Speed
